Ad Size & Formats Accepted:

Book ad sizes are specified in the 2026 Sponsorship Guide with the level selected. All ads should be submitted in one of the following formats: jpeg, png, or pdf.

Video Board ads may be either a static image or a 30-second video, sized at 1920 x 1080 px. Accepted formats include JPEG, PNG, PDF, or MP4 with NO SOUND. Submit ads no later than July 24th to be guaranteed placement.

All payments must be received in full no later than July 24, 2026, to guarantee placement on the website, Festival Guide Book, Video Board (Platinum/Gold Sponsors Only), and/or Digital billboard.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF FESTIVAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

I, (Name of Business/Organization - herein called Sponsor) on (date), acknowledge the Mahomet Music Festival Rules & Regulation have been reviewed at www.MahometMusicFest.com, read and fully understood. Sponsor agrees to abide by the stated Rules & Regulations. Sponsor acknowledges any failure to comply may result in refusal of participation or removal from the Mahomet Music Festival grounds. Sponsor acknowledges if removal occurs, participation fees will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

By checking this box, I do not have insurance coverage for my business. Therefore, I waive any liability towards the Mahomet Music Festival/Village of Mahomet in regard to my booth for this event.

NOTE: A copy of your Certificate of Liability Insurance is required to complete the application. Certificate Holder and Additional Insured must be outlined on the certificate (refer to 2026 Rules & Regulations at www.mahometmusicfest.com/rules for specific limits required).

The additional insured is: MMF/Village of Mahomet, PO Box 904, Mahomet, IL 61853. Email your Certificate of Liability Insurance to media@mahometmusicfest.com no later than July 24, 2026.
