REGISTRATION DEADLINE: JULY 24, 2026


Space and electricity are limited! Booth assignment is based on availability and determined by the Street Vendor Coordinator; there is no guarantee of a specific placement location.


Please Note: This Vendor Application is not for food vendors. All food vendors interested in participating must contact media@mahometmusicfest.com to inquire about food court availability and rates.

NOTE: You are reserving for space only. The Vendor's responsibility is to provide tables, chairs, tents, etc..


ELECTRICITY IS LIMITED and guaranteed on a first-come, first-serve basis.


Price includes Processing Fees.

Main Street Vendor (10ft x 12ft Space) - First Booth (Includes Processing Fees)$160
Non-Profit Organization (10ft x 12 ft Space) - Must be a 501(c)(3). $110
Extra Booth Space Requested (extra booth is $100 each; Includes Processing Fees)$110
Require Electricity (each outlet is $85 each) (Includes Processing Fees)$85

Food/Give-A-Way Notice: MMF Management reserves the right to deny any free food/beverage given away that may cause harm to registered Food Vendors. Any booth that plans to provide food/beverage at any time during the festival will be subjected to inspection by the Champaign County Public Health Department and is required to obtain any necessary permits from CCPHD prior to the festival.


All vendors are subjected to the Festival’s 2026 Rules & Regulations

(review at www.MahometMusicFestival.com/forms).


NOTE: A copy of your Certificate of Liability Insurance is required to complete the application or check the waive box on the next page. Certificate Holder and Additional Insured must be outlined on the certificate (refer to 2026 Rules & Regulations for specific limits required). The additional insured is: MMF/Village of Mahomet, PO Box 904, Mahomet, IL 61853. Email your Certificate of Liability Insurance to media@mahometmusicfest.com no later than July 24, 2026.


All payments must be received in full by July 24, 2026 to guarantee acknowledgement in Festival Guide Book and on the festival website.


Vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE unless cancellation is received in writing before July 24, 2026.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF FESTIVAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

I, (Name of Business/Organization - herein called Vendor), on (date), acknowledge the Mahomet Music Festival Rules & Regulation (www.MahometMusicFestival.com/forms) have been read and fully understood. Vendor agrees to abide by the stated Rules & Regulations. Vendor acknowledges any failure to comply may result in refusal of participation or removal from the Mahomet Music Festival grounds. Vendor acknowledges if removal occurs, participation fees will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
